Working environment already very stress le… Just trying to release the pressure abit, being a bit informal, add a bit of flavor to the environment… But then, in the corporate world, everything you say or do and go against you. People become more careful of their actions, doing their required but nothing more, nothing extra… Those who did more, not appreciated and those who did less are being monitored, trying to find faults with them. Must we really do what is perceived as a good employee must do? Well, we can do our job and also have some fun in the process right? Why make things so stone and boring. All that `Yes Sir’ `No Sir’ is really monotonous. Don’t like… Haiz… =(

Meet up with CS and his girlfriend, the girlfriend want to do a survey with me on WOW. Eh, I not really good with surveys, especially when I am supposed to talk to a voice-recorder… LOL. The survey was asking about interactions between players. Kind of reflect that interaction is very important in the game. We can type in game, even use 3rd party software to talk with each other during raids. We communicate so that we get things going the way we want. Communication is the key, in game and outside game. We communicate everyday in different manners. Be it to your frens, your colleagues, your `enemies’… For good things and bad things, we communicate to bring out thoughts and feelings across. However, it is the initiation of the communication that is hard to bring about.
Been playing a lot on WOW. Going to raids and playing the healer really suck. I can’t believe when I spec for full resto build, how will it be… Really cannot do anything but just to heal. Totally boring. RL was playing a full resto druid at another server, also complain the same thing. Dun complain people dunno know to play healer class unless you played one urself.

Been catching up my training hours a lot. Went for seminars after seminars. I also really surprised how many application forms I written… Sometimes I wonder, am I going to seminars to learn, or just to collect the training hours? Why must I bother? My frens most of them aren’t doing so, coz they dun have to. Is that good? I dunnoe.
