Got invites to 3 places for Deepavali… Was running around the whole day. Really like Chinese New Year go 拜年 like that. Finished finally at abt 11pm… Went for one lunch, late lunch, and dinner… Met SG at the MRT station in the evening. She came from church I think. She mentioned she haven’t finish studying for the papers yet. =( Got to buck up leh, only a few days away… Think if I am not wrong, her birthday also coming soon… But she wil be having exams, poor thing…

Went out with JM that evening. She got a bit of problem with her phone so got to go down to the service centre to settle. She wasn’t feeling too good, gotten MC for that day. Was suppose to go for a talk that evening but wasn’t feeling too interested to go. So decided to meet her for dinner. However, the phone thingy too so long, that we managed to have dinner at abt 8plus pm I think. We were both STARVING liao… We were talking over dinner, the usual work problems etc… Found out a lot of `new’ things… Didn’t really expect things to turn out in that manner, was kind of surprised. Think I am still in that state of giving the `benefit of the doubt’, `everyone is angel’ that kind of situation. But after that conversation, I forsee a change happening to that attitude. It’s kind of scary knowing those things happening. I think I talked about the `changes’ I have seen. However, kind of heart-sinking when I got to be reminded by `others’. Kind of makes me wonder what actually happened in the past years. What have I gotten into? Am I just `blinded’ or I am choosing to ignore the `real’ thing?

Tried frying noodles that day for lunch. Not too bad. =) Got my Office head to eat also. Dunnoe her feedback yet coz there was a meeting she got to rush to and I didn’t see her after that. Well, will be seeing her for another meeting. Just hope she dun say that I can cook in front of all of the other department heads, otherwise they put me in charge in cooking for the office party…. =X Actually meant to make spaghetti one, but not very confident yet. Think I shall try next time.

LF suddenly msg me something. It sounded quite bad. I sense something is not right… Haven’t talk to her about it. Hope she’s alright.

My department will be undergoing an `investigation protocol’ together with my whole office. Well, everyone is `excited’ about the special visitors. So they are all `decorating’ the whole office, trying to give our `guests’ the warmest welcome ever. Me??? Really, I dun give a #$%^ about the whole thing. I mean why give then special treatment? They aren’t anyone special, just normal people loh. If we do that for the `guests’, then in actual fact, we are not `friendly’ at all. We are just putting on masks to deceive everyone. Then again, human beings always do that. They try to portray an image that is desired. Everyone hides themselves behind masks, concealing their flaws and weaknesses… So all this is merely a façade. Are we all so fake? If not then why we do this everytime? Why?
